MAC RAC deluxe fold down push bike carrier. The bottom plate of this bike rack fixes to the tow ball. The frame of the bike rack is detachable from the bottom plate. The bike rack can also swing down allowing easy access to the rear storage area of station wagons, hatchbacks etc. Allows trailers to be attached whilst carrying bikes. Hold 3 bikes.
The base plate extends 175mm each side of ball mount.
The vertical rise of the mounting cross bars is 780mm above the base plate.
The mounted cross bars are spaced at 120mm, 240mm and 360mm behind the towball mount. When used with a towed trailer or caravan, check what turning circle is possible as spare wheels or Gas bottles MAY foul the third bike wheels. Place smallest bike at rear, or one that easily allows the front wheel to be removed, to give max. turning.
